Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All purchases made on aislopremoval.com are delivered digitally and immediately following successful payment completion via Stripe or PayPal. You receive immediate access to the download vault containing all uncompressed Markdown files and `.zip` archives.

2. Digital Goods Policy (All Sales Final)

Because our product is delivered as raw, unencrypted, DRM-free Markdown source code files that cannot be revoked or returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

To ensure complete transparency and buyer confidence, we provide a free Live Red-Pen Workbench on our homepage. It runs approximately half of the full lexicon (146 of 311 terms) and scores your own writing for AI-slop markers before you spend anything. It is a diagnostic: it shows you what is wrong, while the paid suite is what fixes it.

3. EU & UK Consumers: Consent to Immediate Delivery

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally hold a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, provided the buyer has consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right.

By completing checkout and proceeding to the download vault, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal. This is why the free workbench exists: it lets you evaluate the approach on your own writing before you commit.

4. License & Download Recovery

If you lose access to your downloaded files or change computers, we provide lifetime recovery access. Go to aislopremoval.com/access and enter the email address you paid with. Your downloads open immediately, on any device, with no password to remember. If that address is not recognised, email our support team with your transaction ID and we will restore access by hand.

5. Support Inquiries

If you experience any technical issues downloading or configuring the markdown files, please email us directly at [email protected] and our engineering team will assist you within 24 hours.
